Service Policy

Once you decide to schedule a procedure, you’ll complete the appropriate paperwork and provide a deposit to reserve your time with Katrina. A $50.00 deposit is required at time of booking. The deposit will be credited at completion of services.

TREATMENTS ARE RESERVED ESPECIALLY FOR YOU. A $50.00 fee will be charged for missed appointment or cancellation within 48 hours with NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is a standard policy as a courtesy to our clients and staff. Thank you.
Follow up visit:

* 4-6 WEEK TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS- If you are a no show for touch up appointment will be forfeited. Cancel or reschedule within 4 months you will be charged $100.00 for the touch up.

This is your time, so please leave the little ones or pets at home.
Pets are not allowed in the studio as for sanitary reason.
